The priestess has both intuition and common sense with a feeling of ancient knowledge about her, and about hidden and mysterious things in life. The card also indicates study and learning and foretells a period of learning with a teacher. 

Reversed reading indicates an inability to listen to your inner voice, or that your inner knowledge cannot be translated into action.

In one hand, which hangs by her side, she is holding a bouquet of lilies which is falling from her grip leaving a few lilies trailing at her feet.
