The card's reference is to loss or calamity of some sort. Security as one may have known in the past was destroyed. 

Reversed, it tells of long term misery, but one can take strides to overcome his circumstances.

Background of Egobossler's hidden kingdom crumbling and falling to pieces. The focus of the card is on a tower of the castle, a fiery phoenix has struck one of its claws through this tower shattering it and strewing debris in all directions. 

Small figures of Gallactor soldiers and civilians are fleeing from the falling debris. (continuity note I know it should be the Gatcha Spartan, but its a personal preference to have the fiery phoenix.)
