| Card XVIII: The Moon
Deception and illusion. Gives the advice to look deeper than the surface to find out what the actual situation is. Reversed, the card's appearance teases the questioner with a future (facet) yet to be revealed. The reversed Moon suggests unresolved situations coming back to you. It is time to meet these challenges within instead of retreating to the relative safety of the physical world. Character: Berg Katse Jacque's Image: Background of a moonlit sky. Taking up the top half of the card is the moon who's image holds a face. Half of it appears as Katse's unadorned face, the other half which is in darkness appears like the mask he wears. Below the moon Katse's male form and female form (unclothed, add strategic scarves) stand facing each other separated by a stream. They each reach out one hand to touch each other. The hands appear to merge on contact. Berg Katse's costume appears to be lying discarded at the mouth of the stream. Art By Cal
